I was so impressed with the man who came out ! My carpet was very stained Especially pet stains. Except for a few stains that were already on my carpet That weren't pet stains I never thought Any of them Would even come out Even a little bit But he was able to Clean those areas To Get most of them much cleaner And what a difference to them. Thinking none of those stains would come out Even slightly I am very pleased at how well he could get Most of those stains out. The pet stains came out completely As I have a dog Who is constantly peeingOn my carpet! The quality of work The man did And how he spent so much time It was well worth the price I paid. I give him an A plus and would hire again unless my dog starts realizing that the carpet is not a large Potty pad!

The service itself was good. There was no additional fresh scent of being clean. The biggest issue I had was that they said the person would use fans to help dry. The person that did the job did not use any at all. He told us it might take 3-4 hours, so we left for 6. Came back and most of it was still wet. I am writing this over 30 hours later and there are still many places that are damp/wet. If you're not going to do what you say on the phone, at least be honest with me in person.

I hired All About Cleaning to clean our carpets, a floor rug and some upholstery. We have 2 kids and 4 dogs so a good cleaning was overdue. Tim was very professional, his prices were competitive or lower than others and the results are fantastic. Would definitely hire him again.

I previously left a bad review in regards to this company. However I can say that all of my issues that I had with Tim and all about cleaning have been addressed and made right. My 1st experience was in January of this year Tim was unable to complete the job I had hired him for which was cleaning my 5 bedroom 2 story home, due to the fact that I was unsatisfied with my experience Tim offered to return within 6 months and clean my carpet at no charge, so this past Saturday I scheduled with him and allowed him to try to rectify the situation. I have to say that I'm glad I gave them a second chance and I am very satisfied with the work that was done in my home and also his customer service is outstanding ! I will be using Tim and all about cleaning for a future carpet cleaning services in my home and I will definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends.
